Effective Immediately

By completing a purchase, enrolling in any coaching program, consulting service, online program, digital product, or membership offered by Next Level Society and Brooklyn Mack, you acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following No Refund Policy:

1. All Sales Are Final

All payments made to Next Level Society are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-cancellable under any circumstances.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Coaching sessions

Consulting services

Online programs

Digital products

Memberships

Courses

Bundles

Payment plans

No refunds, full or partial, will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the service, change of mind, inability to participate, schedule conflicts, financial hardship, or any other circumstance.

2. One Coaching Session Equals Full Services Rendered

By submitting payment, you expressly agree and acknowledge that:

Once one (1) coaching session has been delivered—whether attended live, accessed through replay, or made available to you—Next Level Society’s contractual obligations are considered fully rendered and fulfilled.

This remains true regardless of:

Your level of participation

Your satisfaction or dissatisfaction

Whether you attended the session

Whether you experienced personal, professional, or technical difficulties

Any expectations you may have held

Any change of circumstance before or after the session

Delivery of one coaching session constitutes full service delivery under this agreement and eliminates any right to refunds, chargebacks, reversals, or disputes.

3. No Chargebacks or Payment Disputes

By agreeing to this No Refund Policy, you waive any right to:

Chargebacks

Payment reversals

Disputes initiated with your bank, credit card company, or payment processor

Any attempted chargeback or dispute will be considered a violation of these terms and may result in:

Immediate removal from all programs, groups, and services

Legal action to recover fees, costs, and damages

Reporting the incident to collections

Enforcement of the terms to the fullest extent permitted by law

You agree to pay any and all costs associated with defending or responding to a chargeback, including attorney’s fees, administrative fees, and collection fees.

4. Payment Plans

If you enter into a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments in full.

Failure to complete payments may result in:

Suspension of access

Permanent removal from all services

Debt collections

Additional administrative and legal fees

Payment plans are not subscription cancellations. They are binding financial commitments.

5. Digital & Online Program Access

Because digital materials, programs, and trainings are immediately accessible, no refunds will be issued once access has been granted.

6. Acceptance of This Policy

By completing any purchase with Next Level Society, you:

Affirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this No Refund Policy

Acknowledge that all services are considered delivered once one session occurs

Agree not to dispute or challenge payments

Accept full responsibility for your decision to invest
